DEVELOPING APPROPRIATE CONCEPTUAL MODEL FOR ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH

There are many conceptual models for creating organization effectiveness and growth. However, in this article I am going to concentrate on a few. The following conceptual models can be helpful in developing the right conceptual model for your organization, creating the right specifics of your workplace, and your personal productivity approach:

1.     Understand organizational growth circles: It can be argued that growing organizations move through six relative periods of evolution, each which ends with a crises and revolution period.
